How Do I Pay For My Order?

Payments for online purchases can be made via Paypal using the following email address: professionalimage.sis@gmail.com

Customers  are also welcomed to make payments using the following mediums:

IN-PERSON TRANSACTIONS

- Point-of-Sale

Local Bank to Bank Transfer

 

ONLINE TRANSACTIONS

- Money Gram Money Transfer

- Western Union Money Transfer

- Bank to Bank Wire Transfers 

What measurements are required for an order?

How long does it take to receive my order?

-  Orders generally take 10 to 15 business days after payment is "received" to process and ship. 

 - Evening gowns and other intricate designs can take up to 30 - 45 business days for production, processing and shipping.

 -  Bridal designs require a production and processing time 0f 60 t0 90 business days, depending on the details of the design and our work-load at the time of your order. 

 

-  What is your return policy?

- Our policy on returns is store credit or exchange only. NO CASH REFUNDS

- We do not offer money back unless your item arrived damaged or is completely different from what you've ordered. 

 - Return claims MUST be made within the first 30 days of receipt of your purchase. 

If your return claim is made 30 days or more after you've received your purchase: Customers would receive  store credits less the cost of shipping for authorized returns

- Items must have the original tags still attached and must not show any evidence of being worn or laundered. 

- Soiled and or torn garments would not qualify for store credits or refunds. 

- Refunds would be paid 30 days after claim is approved and would be paid via Zelle or Paypal to customers outside of Trinidad and Tobago.

- For persons living in Trinidad and Tobago, refunds would be paid 15 business days after the claim is approved and would be paid  via company cheque or bank transfer/deposit. 

KINDLY NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS on Custom-Designed orders of designs that are not available off-the-rack

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please return your purchase  accompanied by the original bill of payment back to the manufacturer at the address below.

KINDLY NOTE: Off-the-rack items that are proven to arrive to costumers damaged or missing parts for reasons due to Diane Carlton's error, would qualify, for a full refund pending review 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by Diane Carlton, we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification confirming our receipt of your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

If your claim is approved one of the following would occur depending on which action you qualify for:

1.) Your payment refund will be processed.

2.) Your store credit code would be issued and sent to you for your future use. 

3.) Your exchange of equal or lesser value will be processed and shipped to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund within the stipulated time-frame provided please:

 1. Call management directly at (868) 709-2477 

2. Send us a WhatsApp message to (868) 709-2477

3. Send us an email with the subject "URGENT REFUND INQUIRY" to dianecarltonstyle@yahoo.com

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or runway and or photoshoot samples purchased at a discounted rate are

considered "final-sale" items and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do replace items if they are damaged. 

If for some reason the item does not fit we will also replace it with a different item.

Where are our garments manufactured?

All Diane Carlton Caribbean garments are manufactured in the twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago
